Does not work on the Steam or Epic versions.

A fixes section for when a menu looks wrong
Back up your save first. Leave "Learn every spell" ticked, because the story can reset your spell levels. Item changes show up after you reopen the menu, and ability changes after you save and reload. Adding key items before the story gives them to you can mess with events. If fullscreen stutters or tears, that's the game itself, so try borderless windowed. Does not work on the Steam or Epic versions.
Install Cheat Engine (decline any bundled offers in the installer).
Back up your save files.
Start the game and load into your save.
Open Cheat Engine, click the computer icon (top left) and pick the game's .exe from the process list.
Use File → Open to load the .CT file you downloaded.
Tick the box next to a group to turn it on, then double-click a value to change it. Each table's notes say when to edit (with the pause menu open usually works best for Kingdom Hearts II).
